The C45 is the evolution of the G4 . A full carbon fiber shell cuts overall weight, while a new 4-shell system reduces the helmet's volume for every head size. It sits closer and feels lighter.

Certified to XP S 72-600:2018 for skydiving and wind tunnel use, the C45 was developed with a focus on stability at speed and tested in fast, dynamic flight. As one experienced athlete put it: "It feels calmer at speed."

A fit you can tune
The C45 delivers our most refined fit yet and is easier experience both putting on and taking off. The new replaceable cheek pad system lets you dial in exactly how the helmet holds you: cheek pads come in four thicknesses (8, 16, 24 and 32 mm), so you can move from the standard fit to a firmer, locked-in feel that stays secure at speed. Check the size printed on the back of your current cheek pads, then go thicker for a firmer fit or thinner for a more relaxed fit.

With 4 shell sizes covering 8 head sizes (54–62 cm), there's a C45 right for you.

Cookie didn't set out to reinvent the helmet, they set out to improve every part of wearing one. A lightweight carbon composite shell, an expanded size range from 2XS to 3XL, four shell sizes, interchangeable cheek pads, redesigned ventilation, improved shell geometry and a wider field of view all work together to create a helmet that fits better, feels better and stays comfortable from the first load to the last.

The C45 Helmet is certified according to Standard XP S 72-600 : 2018 and is designed exclusively for Skydiving and Wind tunnel use. The visors have been certified according to EN ISO 16321-1:2022 + AMD 2025. The Cookie C45 visors fall under the following EN ISO 16321-1:2022 + AMD 2025 categories.

Cookie's C45 Carbon Helmet is certified to a Skydiving and Wind Tunnel Helmet Standard. To achieve this standard, helmets must pass Impact and Snag Resistance testing. While the Cookie Roller mounts, FlySight Mount and other mounting options are a good fit against the top surface of the C45, it was not tested according to the XP S 72-600 Standard. Cookie believes that having any extra mount fitted to the C45 helmet would forgo the Snag Test in this standard. It is up to the user to decide whether to add an external mount to the C45 helmet knowing that by doing so, it could affect the way the helmet performs when tested to the XP S 72-600 Standard. Since Cookie knows many users will assume the risk of adding mounts onto the C45, they have included a trap-door cutout in the EPP foam for the user to gain access to the top of the shell to make it easier to add external mounts.

C45 Helmet Sizing Guide:

Achieving the correct helmet fit is essential for comfort, protection, and performance. The C45 Helmet is available in eight sizes across four shell sizes to provide a lightweight, low-profile fit for a wide range of head shapes. Use the sizing chart to match your head circumference to the appropriate helmet size, then fine tune the fit using interchangeable cheek pads available in multiple thicknesses.

For the best results, carefully measure both your head circumference and maximum face circumference before selecting your helmet size (see sizing chart in photos). If your measurement falls between sizes, Cookie recommends choosing the larger size and adjusting the fit with alternative cheek pads as required.
